WebbThis was a terrible ticket experience. I purchased football tickets they were supposed to be delivered the day before the Saturday game. The game was out of town for parents’ weekend. No tickets Friday night - I called at 9:00am on Saturday- they told me they would be delivered by 12- no tickets at 12. WebbDO NOT USE TickPick. I highly do not recommend using TickPick. I purchased very expensive tickets that were not delivered to me within the guaranteed timeframe. After over 1 week of reaching out multiple times via phone and email, I have still not been contacted regarding the issue.
