I have been working with the Red Giant support team to figure out why Da Vinci Resolve 16 is crashing every time I use their Universe Typographic OpenFX plug-in. We have tried everything including taking GPU cards out. Both Red Giant and I are stumped at this issue because it only fails with Resolve. WebFYI to you and u/Cheap-Kale-6982 I think I resolved this in our environment today. Reading through the installation logs it looked like the post install script didn't like spaces in the username, and changing the username in Windows doesn't work because it doesn't actually change the name of the user's directory.
